  • Please note that this web site certifies (i.e., tests for compatibility with our software) only the current (at time of build deployment) major release of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari as the web browser. However, we support (i.e., no longer test for compatibility, but will address issues on a case-by-case basis) the prior major release of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari as the web browser. Although others may work with varying degrees of functionality, no other browsers (e.g., BlackBerry, Camino, Konqeuror, Maxthon, Navigator, OmniWeb, Opera, etc.) are supported by Aviall. How do I login to the Aviall.com website?
  • You can login to the Aviall.com website by clicking on the blue "Login" button near the top right of the page.  A separate window will appear where will enter in your email address and password.  Click "Login."
  • From here you can also reset your password, or register for an account.

 

How do I place a Multi-line Order (aka "MO")?
  • You can place a multi-line order by clicking on the Multi-Line Order button near the top right of the page.  You can either enter part number's line by line and specify quantity for each or you can simply paste from an Excel spreadsheet template using the other tab.

 

What is a mini cart and how do I use it?
  • Mini cart allows you to quickly see an overview of the items in your cart.  You can access mini cart by hovering over the shopping cart icon which will pop-up a separate window with the cart overview.
  • You can click on the items in your cart to view the detail pages, or you can click the checkout button within the mini cart.

 

Which Services does Aviall offer?
  • Aviall's complete list of Services include: Wheel & Brake Services, Hose Shop Services, Battery Services, Kitting, Paint Mixing, Rotables and Chemical Management.  Visit the Services page for more details.

 

How do I find my nearest branch?
  • You can find your nearest branch by clicking on the Branch Locations link near the top right of the page.  Enter in your zip code / town and click "Search" to see the location nearest you.

Product Search

How do I search for a product?
  • You can search for a product by clicking in the search field and entering a part number, keyword, or manufacturer.  Our smart search will return relevant results based on exact then partial item matches for part number, product name, description and manufacturer.

 

How do I refine my product search results?
  • You can refine your search results by selecting the different facets on the left hand side of the page using filters like Category and Manufacturer.

 

How do I view inventory by branch?
  • Search for an item and if inventory is available it will be shown 1) in your local branch (which is based on your selected Ship To location) and 2) throughout the Aviall distribution network by clicking on Ready To Ship.

 

How do I view superseded parts?
  • Superseded parts are displayed in the search results area highlighted by a grey bar.  If available, more detailed supersedure trail and history may be available on the product details page.

How do I view pricing and availability?
  • You must have an Aviall.com account and be logged-in to view detailed pricing and availability. If you don't have an account simply click on the Get an Account button and complete the required fields.

 

Why can't I view pricing on certain items?
  • Pricing information is dependent on account type. Please contact your local branch if you need additional access.

 

How do I view inventory by branch?
  • To view inventory by branch click on the Ready to Ship link to view available inventory in our network.

 

Where can I view/download MSDS, WHMIS, & technical documents?
  • To view and/or download MSDS, WHMIS, & technical documents simply search for the item and any available product documents can be found on the product detail page.

 

How do I save my shopping cart?
  • To save your shopping cart click on Save Items to a List and name your list.

How long is my quote valid?
  • Quotes are valid for up to 30 days and are subject to availability or prior sale; the expiration date for your quote is given in the Save Cart as Quote field.

 

How do I download/save my cart as a .CSV?
  • To save and/or download your cart as a .CSV simply click on Download CSV above the Checkout box in your shopping cart.

 

How do I add 8130s or certs to my order?
  • To obtain an 8130 or certs simply select the 8130 and/or certs box in the shopping cart prior to checkout. You can also choose your default preference in your . Please note, not all products are eligible for 8130s. Only products being exported will receive 8130-3, items shipped within the US will receive a domestic 8130 if available, and selected during checkout.

How do I change my default method of payment?
  • You can change your default method of payment within the Payment Information section of My Account. To access this area hover over (or click) the My Account tab near the top right of the page, then click on Payment Information. Under Saved Credit Card, select Make Default next to the payment method.

 

How do I get a line of credit with Aviall?
  • If you'd like to request a line of credit from Aviall, please contact your representative.

 

How do I add a credit card to my account?
  • The credit card can be added to your Aviall.com account during the checkout process; under Payment Method select Credit Card and click Select / Add Credit Card, next fill out the Use a new card section and click Save.

 

Can I choose how my PO #'s will be displayed?
  • You can choose how your PO #'s will be displayed within the Checkout Preferences section of My Account. To access this area hover over (or click) the My Account tab near the top right of the page, then click on Checkout Preferences. Under PO Format make your selection and click save.

 

Can I omit pricing on documents and how?
  • You can omit pricing on documents within the Checkout Preferences section of My Account. To access this area hover (or click) the My Account tab near the top right of the page, then click on Checkout Preferences. Under Checkout Defaults select "No prices on packing slips" and click Save.

How do I track my order?
  • To track your order click the Order History link by hovering over My Account near the top of your browser window.

 

How do I view my order status?
  • To view your order status click on the Order History link by hovering over My Account near the top of your browser window. From Order History you can view pending and complete orders.

 

How do I save my cart as a quote?
  • To save your cart as a quote simply click on the Save as Quote link above the Checkout button.

 

How can I view my order history?
  • Order history can be viewed by hovering over My Account near the top of your browser window and selecting Order History.

 

How do I view or save squawk sheets/jobs?
  • To view or save a squawk sheet simply click Save Items to a List in your Cart and selecting Squawk Sheet from the Or Saved List dropdown menu.

 

How do I search for certs?
  • You must be logged in to your account to search for certs. You can access the search for certs page two ways:
    • Hover over the My Account tab on the right hand side of the page and click Cert Documents, or
    • Click on My Account and click Certs
  • Enter in the Lot Number and click search.

How do I update my ship-to address(s)?
  • To update your ship-to, or add a ship-to, simply hover over My Account near the top of your browser window and click Ship-To Profile. You can also use a one-time ship to during checkout, but it will not be saved to your profile.

 

How do I change my password?
  • To change your password simply hover over My Account near the top of your browser window, click on Profile, and click on Change Password to the right of your Profile options. You will receive an email with further instructions on how to complete the reset.

 

How do I recover or reset my password?
  • To recover or reset your password click on Login and click on the Reset Password link to the right of the Log In box.

 

How do I update my payment preferences?
  • To change/update your payment preferences simply hover over My Account near the top of your browser window, and click on Payment Information. From here you can add, remove, or update your payment information. To request a line of credit, or an increase in your existing line, please contact your Aviall representative.

 

As an Admin, how do I manage my user's accounts?
  • You can manage your user's accounts by clicking on the Users link near the top of your browser window. From here you can review, approve, and disable your user's accounts.

 

As an Admin, how do I approve/decline my buyer's orders?
  • To approve or decline a buyer's order(s) click on the Pending Orders link under the My Company section of your account profile. You will receive an email notifying you of any pending orders needing approval.
